PATTERN NOTES
This sleek pullover is named for the slimming vertical lines of patterning that travel upward toward a folded turtleneck collar. Each piece of this sweater incorporates a bit of patterning along with a body of stockinette to keep things relatively simple. but with a bit of interest to keep your focus. Northbound is sure to become your next fall and winter wardrobe staple.

This saddle-shoulder sweater is worked flat in pieces and seamed. Turtleneck stitches are picked up and knit in the round. When binding off. use the Sloped Bind-Off technique.

Needles: US Size 6 (4 mm) 32 circular or size needed to obtain gauge
US Size 4 (3.5 mm) 16 & 32 circular
Notions: Stitch markers. tapestry needle. stitch holders. cable needle (cn).

GAUGE
21 sts x 28 rows = 4 in Stockinette stitch using larger ndl
27 sts x 30 rows = 4 in K1. P1 Rib using smaller ndl
